Completion of an assessment or receipt of a certificate from Certify does not guarantee employment, promotion, admission, professional licensing, salary increases, or acceptance by any particular organization.

• Certificates represent the assessment result recorded by Certify at the time of issuance.
• The value or acceptance of a certificate may vary depending on the employer, institution, organization, or other third party reviewing it.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during registration and assessment is accurate.
• Certificates and assessment records may be subject to verification through the Certify verification system.

Certify may use technical controls and proctoring measures to maintain assessment integrity and identify suspected malpractice. These measures may include monitoring of assessment activity, camera and microphone access, identity photographs, and technical information during an active assessment session.

• Assessment activity may be reviewed when security or integrity concerns are identified.
• Anti-cheat and proctoring systems may generate warnings, logs, risk indicators, or other assessment-related records.
• Assessment results may be affected where malpractice or a violation of the Terms of Service is established.
• Proctoring media is handled according to the retention and deletion practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Certify uses third-party service providers to support certain platform functions, including payment processing, hosting, communication, delivery, security, and other operational requirements. Payment transactions are processed through authorized payment service providers, and Certify does not store complete credit card, debit card, or UPI credentials on its own servers.

Certify provides assessment and certification services. A certificate, assessment score, report, or course completion record should not be interpreted as a guarantee of employment, professional success, income, business results, admission, promotion, or any other specific outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Certify and SoftMaji InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for losses or consequences arising solely from reliance on information available through the platform, third-party services, assessment outcomes, certificate acceptance decisions made by third parties, service interruptions, or information supplied incorrectly by users.
