Welcome to Certify, a platform operated by SoftMaji InfoTech Private Limited. By registering an account, purchasing an assessment, or using any part of our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

To ensure the integrity of our certificates, we require strict adherence to identity rules:

• Accurate Information: The name you provide during registration will be the name printed on your certificate. You must provide your real, legal name.
• No Sharing: Your account is for your use only. You cannot transfer your account, share your login details, or allow anyone else to take an exam on your behalf.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your password secure. SoftMaji is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

The value of a Certify certificate relies on honesty. When you take an assessment:

• No Cheating: Using unauthorized study materials, screen-sharing, or seeking outside help during an active exam is strictly prohibited.
• Anti-Cheat Monitoring: Our platform tracks tab-switching and window focus. Excessive warnings will result in automatic exam failure without a refund.
• Passing Requirements: Certificates are only generated if you meet or exceed the specific passing threshold for that course. Merely paying the fee does not guarantee a certificate.

We maintain transparent, flat-rate pricing. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). Our current base fees are as follows:

• Exam Fee: Starting at ₹49 per attempt. This grants you access to the exam and lifetime hosting of your digital certificate if you pass.
• Re-Exam / Improvement Fee: If you fail or wish to improve your score, a new secure session requires a fee starting at ₹99.
• Detailed Report (Optional): You may purchase an in-depth performance analysis for ₹29.
• Physical Certificate Delivery (Optional): Requesting a high-quality printed certificate to be shipped to your address costs ₹399.

Note: All prices are subject to change. The exact fee will always be displayed clearly before you confirm payment.

If you request a physical printed certificate:

• You must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.
• SoftMaji InfoTech is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the user.
• Tracking IDs will be provided once the package is dispatched. Delivery timelines depend on third-party courier services.

All assessment questions, study materials, and website designs are the intellectual property of SoftMaji InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, scrape, or distribute our exam content.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account, without notice or refund, if we detect cheating, fraudulent payments, abusive behavior toward our support team, or any violation of these terms.

Professional Verification: Certificates issued by Certify validate that you passed a specific assessment on our platform. They do not constitute formal university degrees, government licenses, or guaranteed job placements.

"As-Is" Service: Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, server issues, or payment gateway delays.
